Can I get a refund for a workshop I can no longer attend?

I know life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel your spot, please let me know as soon as you can.

  • If you cancel 7 days or more before your workshop, I’m happy to offer a full refund or move your booking to another available date if any are available.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, I’m afraid I can’t offer a refund, as materials and preparation will already be in place.

If for any reason I need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or the chance to move to a new date — whichever suits you best.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?


Each piece I make is completely handmade — no two are ever quite the same! Small variations and imperfections are part of their charm and don’t affect how the item can be used. Because of this, I don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or faulty. If that happens, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Can I send someone else to a workshop in my place?


Yes, absolutely! If you can’t make it and it’s within 7 days of your workshop, you’re very welcome to send a friend or family member instead — just let me know their name before the session.

What happens if a workshop is cancelled?


If I ever need to cancel or reschedule a workshop (for example, due to illness or low numbers), you’ll be offered a full refund or a spot on another date that works for you.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?


Most of my pottery uses 24k gold lustre. This is not microwave safe. Although most my items would survive the odd dishwasher load, I would advise hand washing to maintain their beauty!

Can I order a custom piece?
